I’m a Sydney based Irish girl & for nearly 3 decades now I’ve been loving my expat life here in Australia. My daughter & I are avid travellers & being on the other side of her high school journey we’re excited to be enjoying the benefits of having an Online Business that’s created us a truly brilliant lifestyle.

My previous business background was in the Construction Industry - many years of owning & operating a large building company in Sydney. When I discovered that the business & the industry as whole really owned me, I bravely stepped away from that and my marriage at the same time & went in search of the new me.

Nowadays I spend my time working in the Personal Development industry, with a Global audience & am so grateful for the freedom & flexibility this has opened up for me. I’m excited to share more with you…

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:  Whilst my previous business was incredibly successful - when you looked past the numbers & the industry awards, there wasn’t a lot of my life leftover to really enjoy & be myself. I was stressed beyond my limits, I missed out on so much of my daughter’s younger years & it really was a whole lot of professional success with far too much personal strain. It was too costly for me to see another decade go by in the same situation.

I embarked on a journey of Personal Development to be the best version of me that I could for my daughter - she was my main motivation & I reconnected with that younger version of me that arrived here in Australia with a head full of dreams once again. Us expats are not afraid of new adventures & of rolling up our sleeves to create success!

THE BUSINESS THAT NEARLY HAPPENED: Outside of owning my own business & the entry level administration positions I had in my teens, I lasted in a job working for someone else for only 2 months! There was no chance I was going to have someone speak to me the way they did & I picked up my things & walked out - determined to work for myself again.

I very nearly opened a boutique - I’d found my suppliers, sourced a location & just before I was about to open the doors, I came across a little ad that jumped out to me & my interest was piqued in how to create financial success online, rather than in the traditional ways. Looking back now, I compare the minimal overheads with my Online Business to what I would have had to meet each month with staff, stock & rent - & I breathe a sigh of relief! I’m much happier to be doing the shopping, not the selling too I might add.

THE CHANGES THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS:  It was a bittersweet move stepping out on my own both when I moved to Australia - leaving friends & family behind and also when I stepped away from my first business - it was all I knew. My intuition kept telling me there was something more & I’ve always been one to trust that I know what I want & that I will find it.

A key part of that change for me was in completing my Yoga Teaching qualifications. It was right in alignment with my own Personal Development & it got me on a new path to loving working with individuals on their on growth journey too.

After starting my Online Business, I attended an International Conference & that’s when I realised what I really had my hands on here. I couldn’t have chosen to surround myself with a better community of people & to be in a position of completely limitless growth - personally & financially. Now seeing my own clients share in these experiences is incredibly gratifying.

THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BOOM: Life is so different now as an Online Business owner - building on a Global Scale with a major company that has a “lead alongside” motto, I couldn’t have asked for more.

I did wonder why I had not found this business a decade earlier, but to be here for 7 years now & to have traveled more in that time than I had in the previous 20 years - I’m certainly making up for lost time!

I am a completely different person to who I was back then & I’ve got complete ownership of what Success really means to me. To demonstrate to my daughter how important it is to create your own Personal & Financial independence is really why I got started but why I continue is because there’s an opportunity to have that impact in so many other people’s lives as well. And hey, the lifestyle is just a bit grand…
